TIM HENRY

Partner – Executive Search

BACKGROUND

Tim is one of the Partners and Owners at Peoplecorp. In addition to his remit of helping to run the business, he specialises in high level executive search assignments across the spectrum of HR. Tim is a deep expert in HR search and recruitment with almost 25 years in the profession behind him.

Externally, he spends his time working with CEOs and CHROs to help them shape and source executive level HR roles. When running assignments himself they will typically range in the $300,000 package upwards. Tim is passionate about adding value to his clients in a range of ways and maintains a broad network of affiliates, who act as key experts in the HR world. He is well known for supporting HR leaders, connecting them with the right person at the right time.

Tim originally worked in London before relocating to Sydney in 2006. He joined Peoplecorp in 2011 and has been instrumental in its growth over that time.

PERSONAL

I am not very good at sitting still! This means I could be coaching either of my sport-mad sons’ rugby and Oztag teams, attending the latest committee meeting or helping at a P&F event. My very loving and tolerant wife despairs at the list of extra-curricular sports and meetings I attend. I am a big family man, I love cooking and anything food related, and will happily watch or play any sport.
