Renee is one of the Partners and Owners at Peoplecorp. In addition to her remit of helping to run the business, she specialises in permanent executive search assignments across the spectrum of HR. Renee also oversees the Contracting and Interim recruitment team at Peoplecorp having specialised in developing interim HR desks for the bulk of her career across both the London and Sydney markets.

Renee’s specialisation is at the HR Director, Heads of HR, and other director-level roles throughout the Sydney market. Most roles managed by Renee range from $250,000 package upwards. More recently Renee has been focused on developing the Melbourne market and is keen to connect with HR Leaders based there. Her wealth of experience and industry knowledge across the HR sector, coupled with her ability to make the right call on a job or candidate has allowed her to develop a very loyal candidate and client base in Sydney.  

PERSONAL

In this current chapter of my life, I am a mum’s taxi, where I socialise on the sidelines of sporting activities for my kids or at parent meetings at school after work. As a result, I have also managed to become a volunteer surf lifesaver where I also do the water safety for the Nippers. Although very busy with the family, I know when I come to rewrite my bio in ten years it will look very different from now! So, I will continue to enjoy every moment of the conversations I listen into in the car, (and try very hard to keep my mouth shut) whilst I ferry kids to parties and sporting activities.
