BACKGROUND

Dom has over 20 years recruitment experience, working for leading boutiques and global recruitment firms in Australia, Asia and the UK.

During his career he has sourced talent for, and built, an extensive network across various industries including Technology, Telecoms, Education, Professional Services, Start ups & Scale-ups.

As a Director at Peoplecorp, he is responsible for leading Executive HR search mandates from $200,000 package upwards across the core disciplines of Generalist HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Mobility, Employee Engagement, Organisational Development, Learning & Development, HR Change Management, Rewards, Employee & Industrial Relations. 

He is passionate about HR, education, health & well-being and sport. He is also an active member of various professional networking communities in Australia and believes strongly in the “Netgiving” philosophy,  as well as “Networking” for the benefit of everyone!

PERSONAL

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my young family, cycling, running, adding Yang to my Yin and property investment. I am also a passionate Liverpool FC fan and enjoy watching games when I have some spare time to do so. I’m currently reading The Daily Dad by Ryan Holiday to improve my “Dad’s” capabilities mostly!
