THE ROLE
As the Talent and Succession Manager, you will enable Snowy Hydro’s ambition by designing, implementing, and managing Snowy Hydro’s talent and succession planning strategies. Reporting to the Head of Talent and Capability, you will support the development and implementation a comprehensive talent management strategy that aligns with the Snowy Hydro’s business strategy and objectives. You will utilise talent analytics to inform strategic decisions, ensuring that talent investments deliver measurable outcomes and ROI whilst collaborating with People & Performance Business Partners to implement talent and succession planning initiatives across the business.
This role will require regular travel to offices in Cooma and Melbourne.
THE CANDIDATE
We’re looking for an experienced HR professional with a demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating successful talent and succession planning programs.
You will bring strong knowledge of talent management best practices and principles and experience utilising talent analytics and metrics to inform decision-making and measure program effectiveness. The ability to lead and manage change effectively, ensuring successful implementation of new programs and initiatives is essential.
