THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Team Lead and collaborating within a team of four, the Senior Recruitment Consultant will play a pivotal role in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding top technical talent for the Generation business. This end-to-end recruitment role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by delivering exceptional talent acquisition solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to build and maintain strong pipelines of high-calibre candidates.
- Utilise various recruitment channels effectively, including social media platforms, job boards, LinkedIn, SEEK, and employee referrals.
- Provide expert guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure best practices and optimal outcomes.
THE CRITERIA
The successful candidate will be a champion of fostering a positive recruitment experience, bringing demonstrated expertise in a recruitment role with a focus on technical positions. You will excel at building rapport and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships at all levels, all while driving to achieve and exceed recruitment targets. Experience recruiting within the technical space, including roles such as engineers, analysts, and developers, is required. We are open to candidates from agency or internal.
