THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Head of HR and working alongside a small team of other HR professionals this is an opportunity to work within a generalist position that is both operational and strategic. Responsibilities will include contributing to the People strategy for the respective client groups as well as act as a mentor ton the other members in the team. You will actively work with the leadership team to present market data, insights and business intelligence to determine longer term business strategies.
There will be an ER component in the this role where you be required to manage and advice on cases at all levels.
THE CRITERIA
To be considered for this position you ideally have come from a fast paced organisation, or ideally another financial services business. You must have exceptional stakeholder management skills and proven experience within ER.
