THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Head of Business Partnering and as part of a People and Culture team of 20, you will play a key role in managing onboarding and off boarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience. Your responsibilities will also include partnering with Talent Acquisition and other HR teams to meet business needs, managing the employee lifecycle, and contributing to various HR projects as required.
THE CRITERIA
We’re looking for a driven individual ready to take the next step in their career as a Junior HRBP. You are curious, eager to learn, hands-on, and have a keen attention to detail. A background in financial services is a plus, and COVID-19 vaccination is required.
The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a ‘can-do’ attitude and a strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
