THE ORGANISATION
This organisation has grown to become a leader in their field within financial services. They are high performing, commercial and operate in a fast paced environment. They are looking for a HR Coordinator to join their HR team on a full time basis.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the HR manager, you will be responsible for providing effective coordination and HR administration services across all departments including owning most of the recruitment function including orientation and onboarding. You will work closely with the HR team and provide assistance with core data analysis, including supporting dashboards, recruitment reporting, and HRIS data processes.
THE CRITERIA
You will have at least 2 years experience in a similar role, have excellent communication skills, confident in your recruitment abilities and be data savvy. Experience with Workday is desirable.
