THE ORGANISATION

Known for their collaborative and authentic culture, they are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their close-knit team and provide end-to-end generalist support. As the team undergoes a period of change, they are open to candidates with a strong background in retail, manufacturing, or supply chain industries. THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Head of People Partnering, this is a complete generalist position that requires you to partner with leaders at all level across the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Advise and guide managers on best practices to ensure alignment with HR policies and procedures.
- Coach managers through recruitment and selection processes, providing expert guidance to secure the best talent.
- Champion health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives across the business, driving engagement with people-related programs.
- Advise and support organisation structure and design initiatives including change and communication processes
THE CANDIDATE
To be successful in this role, you will need demonstrated experience in employee relations within an operational environment. You must thrive in a highly collaborative setting, possess strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, and have the ability to work autonomously.
