Known for their collaborative and authentic culture, they are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their close-knit team and provide end-to-end generalist support. THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Head of People Partnering, this is a complete generalist position:
Responsibilities include:
- Serve as the primary advisor for all HR-related queries, providing expert guidance on employee relations matters, policy interpretation, and award guidance.
- Oversee and manage the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new hires and departing employees.
- Lead the engagement survey process by collecting data, analyzing trends, and providing insights to drive employee engagement and improve organisational culture.
- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and change initiatives, contributing to the successful implementation of HR strategies and organisational transformation.
THE CANDIDATE
To be successful in this role, you will need demonstrated HR experience and be familar with awards. You must thrive in a highly collaborative setting, possess strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, and have the ability to work autonomously.
