The Role
Reporting to the CPO you will lead Snowy Hydro’s workforce transformation function. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving a high-performing workforce that embodies the organisation’s core values and priorities. Your commitment to fostering an inclusive and dynamic workplace will involve developing and executing a comprehensive workforce transformation strategy that aligns with Snowy Hydro’s overarching ambitions. This strategy will focus on enhancing workforce agility, resilience, and capability. Contribution to the development of insights and reporting for the executive team, board, sub-committees, and other stakeholders will be paramount and you will leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive workforce initiatives. In your team you will oversee talent acquisition, employee experience and strategic workforce planning.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in a senior leadership role, successfully driving large-scale workforce transformation initiatives within complex organisations. They should possess a deep understanding of strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, change management, and best practices in employee experience. Additionally, the candidate must have a proven track record of leading and managing complex projects and programs, with a strong focus on delivering measurable results that align with organisational objectives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging stakeholders at all levels and fostering a collaborative work environment.
