THE ORGANISATION
This leading organisation is currently recruiting for a confident ER Specialist with strong experience to join a highly engaged organisation for 12 months to cover a parental leave.
THE ROLE
Reporting to a HR Manager, your overall responsibilities will include reviewing awards/classifications. You will have overall responsibility for the ANZ remit when it comes to providing ER advice and guidance, as well as conduct and support with arbitration process and disputes. You will be involved EA negotiations as well act as strategic and operational support for different stakeholders at all levels.
THE CRITERIA
To be successful in securing this position, you will need to be a competent ER Specialist. You need to have strong knowledge of employment law legislation within Australia and New Zealand. Ideally you will have worked in a fast paced organisation and been involved in EA negotiations.
