Capability and Leadership Manager

As the Capability and Leadership Manager, you will enable Snowy Hydro’s ambition by driving the development and enhancement of employee skills, knowledge, and leadership capabilities through effective learning and development programs, as well as the establishment and maintenance of a robust capability framework.

Reporting to the Head of Talent and Capability, you will partner closely with them and business leaders to develop and execute a comprehensive leadership development strategy that aligns with Snowy Hydro’s talent strategy.

You will develop and implement clear career pathways that outline the skills, knowledge, and experience required for progression within various roles and establish a formal career development framework that promotes internal mobility and succession planning

We’re looking for an experienced HR professional with a demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and implementing effective leadership development programs, as well as creating and managing capability frameworks.

You will bring strong knowledge of current trends and best practices in leadership, learning & development, and organisational development and possess excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire leaders.
