Executive Interim
Increasingly, our Clients are turning to us to help them find a solution to a problem they are facing or a project they have on the horizon. Often this is a straightforward like for like recruitment exercise, on a permanent basis or for a defined period of time.
However, our Executive Interim offering is more akin to a Consulting service. Think of us as being able to source a solution to the HR problem that you need help with, rather than hiring for a fixed period of time.
We work with a number of executive-level HR professionals who are able to parachute in to solve for a range of HR issues. Often these projects are in complex or specialist areas of HR like Reward, Employee Relations or Change.
These Executive-level professionals usually have a strong track record of having held senior-level roles internally before deciding to specialise in interim work, or they might have made a career out of consulting and project work. Sometimes they have a mixture of both.
