THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Head of Strategic Workforce, this role plays a critical part in supporting workforce transformation initiatives by:
- Collecting, cleansing, and analysing workforce data from various sources, including HR systems and surveys.
- Producing clear and actionable insights through data analysis, reporting, and visualisation tools such as Power BI and Excel.
- Conducting research on external labour market trends to inform strategic workforce planning.
- Preparing reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels.
- Supporting workforce transformation projects through project management activities, including progress tracking, timeline management, and project documentation.
THE CRITERIA
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (e.g., Law or Psychology).
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis and reporting, ideally within an HR or organisational development context.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to diverse audiences.
- A commitment to workplace safety and teamwork, with a focus on building strong partnerships.
