THE ROLE:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Data Lead to join the team. This pivotal role will be responsible for overseeing the integrity, functionality, and analysis of HR data across the organisation. The HR Data Lead will play a crucial role in shaping our HR strategies through data-driven insights and recommendations.
There will be several payroll projects that you will be required to lead and get involved in. You will generate and interpret complex data reports that contribute to strategic decision-making as well as lead the development and implementation of data management standards and procedures to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
THE CRITERIA:
To be successful in this role in HR data management or a related field, ideally within a large, complex organisation. You will have the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels.
Ideally you will have previous experience of working in a data or payroll lead role.
