RACHEL STEVENSON

Senior Consultant – Permanent

BACKGROUND

Rachel’s focus is on recruiting junior to mid-level permanent HR generalist and specialist roles up to $150,000 package across all industries. Rachel is accustomed to working in fast-paced environments and prides herself in delivering a high-end service to both candidate and client to ensure an overall engaging, smooth process.

With over a year’s experience recruiting within Sydney’s HR market, Rachel has established key relationships with multiple clients and candidates. Prior to Peoplecorp, Rachel spent her time recruiting internally for a global organisation so has a strong understanding of internal processes and what clients’ needs are when collaborating with an agency. Rachel is a true people’s person and loves to connect and understand what people want to find candidates the perfect role.

PERSONAL

I’m all about the life-balance so I enjoy exercising as much as I enjoy drinking prosecco on the weekend (blaming my Scottish blood). If I’m not out enjoying a meal or drink, you’ll often find me on a coastal walk, in the gym or lying on the beach soaking up the sun. I’m addicted to adding to my never-ending shoe collection and own 13 blazers in various bright colours.
