Consultant – Interim and Contracting
BACKGROUND
Rian’s focus is on recruiting fixed term, temporary and interim HR roles up to $150,000 package. She is passionate about supporting her candidates and clients to find the right match both in a role and a candidate.
Rian started her career at a well-established HR recruitment business in the UK as part of their graduate program, where she focused on building the junior HR desk in a small regional office. She recruited across all industries for both temporary and permanent HR roles and developed a passion for providing a consultative recruitment experience.
Immediately prior to joining Peoplecorp Rian spent three years working for Warwick Business School where she was responsible for managing a team and supporting the recruitment of students to their business master programmes.
Since relocating to Australia in 2022, Rian spent a few months travelling the east coast before joining the team at Peoplecorp as a Candidate and Client Manager, before transitioning into a consultant role.
PERSONAL
Having recently relocated to Australia, outside of work you will find me exploring and making the most of what Sydney has to offer. I’m a massive foodie so I’m currently working my way through as many of the restaurants and markets in Sydney as I can!
